FORMUS was created with the objective of optomizing the comfort and support of the user's back. FORMUS is a lumbar foam insert with an overlay that supports the back and created a certain relief at the back.

With the FLEXUS backrest, FORMUS is inserted in between the rigid structure and the upholstered cushion, and secure on the Velcro strip.

With the BACKUS, CURVUS et CURVUS+ backrests, FORMUS is inserted inside the upholstered cushion on the patient's back side and secure to the Velcro strip.
